Our office accepts a variety heath insurance plans including Medicare, Medical Assistance, and private carriers. Non-insured patients are welcomed and are charged on a fee for service basis. To minimize billing costs, co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered services are payable at the time of service. Credit cards and checks are accepted.
